For us the beds were very comfortable. I believe it was the manager Don who initially helped us over the phone and he was wonderful to work with. Water pressure was great!

I understand that not every day is great, the evening receptionist didn't seem to care or want to be at work ie complaining that her smoke brake was getting interrupted. The pool had no clean towels and when asking for some they said they had none. Most of the sodas and juices were gone when getting breakfast at 8am.

The bathtub was rusted with paint chips.

Th location of the breakfast was fine. Better attendance from staff would have been appreciated as some of the serving dishes were empty as were some of the coffee urns. and it was nowhere near end of serving time.

i understand it was the weekend but housekeeping could have or should have picked up the bagged trash guests left outside of their doors in the hallways along with the towels left outside in a piles outside of some doors.

Beautiful hotel and the suite was amazing!

Breakfast buffet was not refilled as often as it should have and pickings were slim.

Nice pool and good breakfast.

Overpriced for just your everyday hotel. Didn't have soap in our bathroom which isn't a huge deal to have to go to the desk for it.
