Fairly certain the bed had bed bugs I slept in my clothes had to stay it was to late ans had to be up early. They don't tell u but u also have to put s deposit down I still haven't got back!! Typically $150.

It felt like a new building. It was very clean. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like so I’m reaching here but maybe a station to fill up water bottles.

Room was clean and smelled good. Location was OK. Don’t have much knowledge of the area but it seemed close to a lot of businesses. . Breakfast was typical. Thought the biscuits were good.

Shower door could have been cleaner. Towels had some spots but smelled clean. Could use blackout curtains on the window.

I liked the style and space of the rooms .breakfast was covid friendly I really like that!

There were cobwebs all over the room and bathroom. Blinds were broken. Very noisy. Had a couple young hockey teams staying there and they ran the halls and slammed doors till after 12:30

Breakfast had good variety. Eggs weren't the tastiest. The sheets were very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Everything was clean and spaces were big.

We wanted some refreshments and the clerk didn’t know where the key was.

Did eat breakfast, the hotel needs some TLC. Hallways were dirty and smelly.

Deep was super friendly and helpful - looked like he was working hard to keep hotel clean. Breakfast was ok - waffles and muffins were great, eggs so-so but we appreciated not having to go out for food. Gym was simple but clean. Everything was pretty new so it was clean for us. Pillows were super comfortable!

Eggs/sausage not so good - but we made due with other options.

I use the hotel almost weekly and would like to get a business or veteran's rate.

One of our beds had a stain and our other roomed smelled like smoke.

The staff is very friendly. I forgot to take my bag in the parking lot, someone put it in the reception, very good customer and employee.

If really need to say some I don't like, it could be breakfast, there is no more choice, changing the style and more choice could be better.

The beds were very comfortable and once AC kicked on the room temperature was great. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The location was ok, lots of restaurants nearby.

The walls are pretty thin, you can hear almost everything that is going on outside your room, above your room, next to your room etc. The AC took a while to kick on, kept saying "wait" on the control screen. Shower does not have a shelf or spot for shower stuff, just had to put it on the floor which seems strange. A little overpriced for what you get considering it isn't really near anything major. There was a sign by all the doors that said the facility is locked 24 hours but there was a door by the front entrance that had been sort of propped open. Very easy for a non guest to get in if there wasn't someone at the front desk.

The shade didn’t make the room dark enough and this was a room facing north. No grab bar in the shower. No shelf in shower for soap, shampoo etc.
