This is a special hotel I would highly recommend Beautiful throughout, super staff in a very well looked after and thought out hotel where you feel at home but very much on holiday in luxury.

I would prefer a more lively setting by the pool side.

Das Hotel ist komplett neu und auf dem höchsten Standard in allen Belangen. Es stehen 4 Restaurants zur Auswahl - alle bieten ein exzellentes Essen an. Hervorzuheben sei hier das ein Restaurant auf absolutem Sterne-Niveau ist (und 1mal essen ist auch bei Halbpension inklusive). Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich, zuvorkommend und top organisiert. Von Taxi-Organisation, Bügelservice, bis hin zu Leihwagen wird einem alles abgenommen und man hat eigentlich keinen Stress. Im Poolbereich gibt es Essen und Getränke auf Knopfdruck - Cocktails sind hier sehr zu empfehlen. Behandlungen im Spa Bereich ebenso auf höchstem Niveau. Man hat den Eindruck dass in jedem Bereich das Personal hochprofessionell und 1A geschult ist.

Das Abendprogramm könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, aber dafür bietet Ayia Napa an sich schon sehr viele Möglichkeiten.

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Hotel, mitten im Agia Napa. Extrem schöne Pool Landschaft. Liegen werden gemeinsam mit dem Personal am 1. Tag ausgewählt und stehen einem dann den ganzen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Absolut perfekt, so gibt’s nie Probleme mit den Liegen. Wunderschöne Zimmer, auf der richtigen Seite sogar mit Meerblick beim Duschen.

The hotel staff was amazing. The property and its facilities really good. Our room was perfect. We chose the deluxe Seaview. The view of the ocean from hotel was amazing. The best part about the room were the beds. The beds are designed especially for an individual to have good sleep. They have a whole science behind their mattress and their pillows especially designed for a couple. We went off season, or the beginning of the season one might say, so I felt the rooms were a little pricey, but it’s OK because we personally had a great experience from our trip. The property is located in the centre of Aiya Napa, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, beach, and beach restaurants. Though Nissi beach is not a walking distance, you might have to take a cab to reach there, which is not more than five minutes. But we were very happy with the location of the hotel as the view from our balcony was amazing of the ocean. The party Street with clubs and bars is a walking distance from this hotel. We went in the beginning of April, so the weather was sunny, but chill wins during the day and the temperature would drop too anywhere between 16 to 18° at night. We loved it as we Were coming from Dubai. Considering this particular time of the year, Aiya Napa was the best choice for us compared to staying in Pahos or anywhere else.

The pool water was not temperature controlled :( We would’ve really enjoyed using the pool, but the water was too cold. The water was too cold in the sea as well so it would have been nice if the pool water was not so cold as well.

Alles war super das Essen, Service, Sauberkeit und das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend für abends noch ein wenig auszugehen.
