We offer delivery and setup so you can bring your boat, ATV's, or ride your motorcycle up to the Brainerd Lakes Central Minnesota area. Our camper is extremely clean and sanitized before each departure. This is a very high-quality camper. It is a 2021 model and has a modern look/feel, tons of amenities, and lots of space. It has a queen master suite that has sliding doors to close for privacy. It also has 2 private (with curtains) full-sized bunk beds, a couch that folds into a bed, and a dinette that converts to a bed. The bathroom is spacious and private. It has a shower/tub, toilet, sink, vanity, fan, and separate roof sunlight. There is also a variety of clothing /laundry storage space as well as USB plug-ins everywhere, including the s areas. There is a gas oven, 3 burner, cast iron stovetop, microwave, large stainless steel sink, a large refrigerator/freezer, and lots of food storage. It comes with a french press coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc. It has hypoallergenic mattress covers too. The awning is electric powered and lighted outside, and it has a bluetooth/HDMI radio with outside and inside speakers. It comes with a TV/DVD that can be used with the free OTA channels or an add-on of Dish network. There is an outside hot/cold shower so you can wash off from being on the lake or the bike/atv trails! Temperature control is easy to manage, as well. Our travel trailer has easy to control central air and a propane furnace. Our unit is also insulated and can be used in 3 seasons! Great for those fall color tours or early summer months for events like fishing opener. There is a 2" hitch available for a flat cargo rack on the back for all those extra things you want to bring (bikes, kayaks, etc.). And if you want to go off-grid, it is ready to plug in a generator and has mounted solar panels, and has 2 propane tanks that will last a while. *3000 Watt portable Briggs & Stratton generator available for an additional flat fee of 100.00$ no hour limit. If you are going to tow it yourself, you will want to check your vehicle’s towing capacity. The dry weight is 5840 lbs, so you would need a 1/2 ton truck or bigger to pull it. It has an equalizer/weight distribution hitch and the truck receiver end that goes with it, all you need is the 7 pin connector and a brake controller. We include a rearview live camera for driving or backing up. The dual axles and sway hitch make it easy to tow. This travel trailer feels very safe and secure while going highway speeds, even on a windy day. To make things more convenient for you, we can also deliver and set up. We charge $300 for delivery, which includes full setup, picking it back up when you are done, and emptying the tanks. We only deliver within a 50-mile radius of our house in Baxter. PICK UP TIME: Target a 3 PM pick-up time, unless a different arrangement is made. RETURN TIME: Target a Noon return or sooner, unless a different arrangement is made. Late returns are subject to a $200.00 late charge plus a daily rental fee. RATES: Base rate of 139.00 a night, with weekly and monthly discount rates. Events & Holiday pricing is subject to vary. * NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given if the RV is returned prior to the expiration date of this contract, and in such event, Rentee will still be required to pay all charges as if the RV were returned at such date Propane tanks are filled when the unit is picked up and must be returned full, or select to prepaid option to have the propane refills taking care of. Waste holding tanks must be dumped and rinsed prior to return. (Ignore if paying the delivery fee, 50$ dump fee if not emptied) The camper must be cleaned to the best of your abilities, in the event of massive deep cleaning, additional charges will be applied NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed in rental units.
