Good instructions for our arrival - where to find the keys etc. The tiny kitchen was very well equipped - everything had been thought of. Hosts provided an extra sheet and a cooling fan because the weather was going to be very hot. We were very comfortable.

The property is a really good size and being on two floors works really well. The bed is very comfy, got a good nights sleep as it is a quiet area, coupled with a good shower it set us up for a day exploring. There's lots of little things that make the stay really comfortable, like all the kitchen utensils and we loved the lava lamp! Everyone mentions the snack which is a lovely way to start your stay. Big thumbs up and we'd definately recommend and stay again

I stayed here a month earlier and was mightily impressed with it first time round. It's a very cosy and comfortable property, ideal for a single traveller like myself, for a couple, or even a couple with a small family. After my first visit, I suggested a couple of minor changes in my review, and on return at least one of these had been made. The host is very obliging and welcoming, and is clearly listening and responding to suggestions. This place deserves a 5-star review and gets it.

Lovely house perfect for us would definitely stay again.

We were made to feel very welcome: met by owner who told us about the property and the area and given a delicious cream tea on arrival. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed. Enjoyed Topsham, Exeter rugby and shopping. The perfect break. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The scones, clotted cream and jam was a nice touch on arrival. Great location for access to the town and station.

Perfect place to relax. Only disappointed not staying longer. Wayne met us with the keys and gave us a whistle stop tour of the house and then left us to settle in. Lovely little house which makes such a difference from usual hotel room. No complaints. Only advisory would be parking is on street and not directly outside property but we managed to find a spot just up the road so no problem at all but would recommend arriving close to 5 o'clock as this is when the 1 hour parking no return within 2 hours stops for the night. Car didnt need to be moved then until 10am and bars and restaurants easily walkable from accommodation HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ☆☆☆☆☆

Lovely stay in super cute property that is really well located in Topsham

Lovely little house in a fabulous location.

Breakfast was not applicable as this is a private home. In terms of location it was only a 15 minute walk to a long stay car park, but there was plenty of parking for drop off and collection of luggage or free parking around the streets in Topsham after 6pm

NOT a dislike as such but you do need to be careful getting into & out of the bath for showering as the side is quite high. It might be a good feature to add a hand rail for people who need one.
