A New, cozy and clean boutique hotel. The balcony is good. There’s a Family Mart next to it. Free parking is a bonus.

Small boutique hotel, very clean, convenience store located in same parking lot, lots of parking space, 24 hours staff.

I liked the 7th floor better with view of ocean where I stayed in Dec 2024, but there were no rooms on 7th floor without snacks/drinks. I stayed in a lower floor room with city view which was a bit noisy with the traffic. The rooms were similar. When I changed my reservation to add one more day, the price jumped significantly. I checked in a bit after midnight due to my flight and the front door was locked. I rang the bell and staff opened the door. For safety, it’s good thing but after stepping out of elevator, the hall lights were off so it was difficult to find my room. For safety reasons, I think the lights should be on. The staff did turn it on temporarily while I went to convenience store and back to my room. Also, somehow the towels did not smell good. I feel I would utilize the cafe if there were food and not only drinks.

翌日におきなわマラソンが開催されることをフロントの方が丁寧に教えてくれ、翌日の予定の参考になり助かりました。

幹線道路沿いに立地しているので、反対車線からホテルに入れなかったのが、少し残念でした。
