nothing, I enjoyed my stay, all facilities provided was amazing and the host was very nice and friendly, only thing which is my personal preference is the tv is in the wrong place, should be in front of the bed, otherwise it’s literally a perfect place to stay

Super pleasant and helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable unit. About a 10 second walk to good range of local shops (including large laundromat!) - we loved this. Town centre is a gorgeous 20-25 minute walk along the river. Highly recommend!

Excellent home stay for either an individual travelling alone or for a couple. Everything that you need and was nice and clean.Great location for the hospital for work. The host Herman was lovely and friendly and very accomodating.Will be staying here next time i am in Hamilton for work.

All I needed was a nice bed, toilet and shower and that's what I got. The facilities were clean and room felt comfortable and warm. Carpark right outside your door, so no lugging your stuff far from your room.

The only thing that hindered my sleep was some boy-racers doing burnouts around the neighbourhood which went on for sometime. Other than that everything was comfortable and inviting.

Herman the host could not have been more helpful. His care and advice were priceless.

Location was fine for what I required. When I had an issue with the TV is was promptly sorted. Clean and with a very good shower.

I would have to question having the fridge in the bathroom, however it wouldn’t stop me returning. I just question it’s placement there. Shortage of glassware too. Two wine glasses, one usual drinking glass. Parking was available but having to back out of a driveway in a borrowed car without a rear camera was fun 🤣🤣

Neighborhood a bit rough, but no issues.

Overall a really good place to stay. I think I will keep trying to book this accommodation for future trips if available. Easy separate access, off street carpark close to the studio, good food/walk recommendations from host. Easy to pick up keys and drop off, air con and internet working well, nice clean bathroom, good kitchenette.

Can't really complain about very much here. People who feel a bit nervous about reversing from a fenced driveway may wish to park on the street.
