Location, style of apartment

Outside noise (could hear planes very loud), thin floors and walls, could hear neighbours all night. Floors were not clean and found hairs on bedsheets. Bathroom needs diy. Texted host one of tables was broken from last guests but got very rude message back next day blaming us braking it.

Suited our family needs. Location from the attraction.

If it’s not broke don’t fix it. Great little flat.

It had easy access to walk into Windsor and the Long Walk.

Unfortunately compared to most places we have stayed it was looking very tired and ready for a revamp. It also wasn’t as clean as we have come to expect from properties we have booked before.

Really convenient location for Ascot and legoland

My only gripes were booking.com gave us the wrong key safe code but rang owner who answered immediately and gave us the correct code.

Good location, easy to locate. Nice and comfortable property.

Crumbs in 1 of the beds. Worried that the sheets were not changed from previous occupancy.

bedrooms were ok

there was a strong smell of damp / mould which was unavoidable throughout the property and clearly has not been dealt with . kitchen cupboard door was broken and barely holding up . the veneer of the kitchen cupboard was coming away . the smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling by one screw near the front door the floor trim between the corridor and bathroom had come away . the toilet pull cord was filthy at the bottom of the rope . sadly this property is dated and in need of repairs and most definitely not worth the money they are charging for it per night

excellent value for money and space

20-25 mins walk into centre

Bed sheets were stained and the beds were full of hair and hadn’t been changed for clean sheets, the towels were also marked and one has what looked like make up on them. The floor in the bathroom had fluff on it that stuck to your feet From the shower and there was plastic tags on the bathroom floor and bedroom floor that had cone of new clothes etc. We presume the floor hadn’t been swept to hoovered since the last guests were there, the cleanliness massively let the venue down

Location

Boiler located in one of the bedrooms. Itkept making a lot of noise during the night. Not ideal for anyone, especially with small kids.

far to noisy noise from heating and boiler being in the bed room two of my family booked into hotel for the last night. Woman living above could be heard moving around. Shower head had mould. At the back of the toilet had wet grubby grime on the floor. Sink tap far to long for the sink couldn’t wash properly without water everywhere. Two fire alarms in one room, one to many, made cooking in the oven a no no. Would be to small for 6 adults to stay comfortably, we had 4 adults and one small dog that was ok.

smoke alarm went off when opening oven door. This happened both times was used.

Really comfortable apartment, great location & had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Instructions were clear. Slight issue with the boiler being switched off but very quickly rectified with a call to owner/manager. Would be happy to stay again 😁

Nothing

Lovely clean and comfortable flat, with everything we could want with a grocery store around the corner. A perfectly situated bus stop across the road from the flat to get into the centre of Windsor made for a wonderful 2 night stay. Will definitely return.

There was nothing to dislike

Excellent location. A good size to every room and comfortably furnished.

Bathroom is a little tired and needs a refresh but everything else was great.

Property location is ideal for Windsor and the station to get to central London. We also visited Legoland which is just up the road.

The noise from the neighbour upstairs, the security lights at the back shining sporadically into the bedroom throughout the night, the door to the bathroom needs to have hinges the other side as we kept getting stuck in the kitchen as the door won’t open when the bathroom door is open. The cleaning was superficial - there were items left in drawers etc by previous occupants and various parts of the flat hadn’t been properly cleaned - inside the freezer, the tiles in the bathroom, inside the kitchen bin etc. It didn’t matter too much as I brought my own cleaning things, and we didn’t spend too much time inside.

the heating was temperamental including the hot water. messaged and phoned the owner but not responding.

Close to the centre

It was a little bit hard to find it as the address is says 281 A, but the building is no 2. I need it to call John to ask him.

Nice comfortable apartment in a good location with parking right infront of the door. A little unclear as to which apartment it was but a phone call to John and all was sorted.
