Easy to book in when we arrived

All you would need for a night away. Kettle with tea, coffee, milk, etc. Nice touch, water in room, porridge in pre-made cups.

It was clean and had twin beds and a good selection of refreshments

It was not at Gatwick airport

Had a fan in room and tea coffee facilities and water

Dull on entering and smelt of Indian cooking

Stayed here before getting at early flight from Gatwick. It was about 9 miles from the South Terminal parking, so ideal for the night. There was ample parking on site as well as a restaurant. The staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good. The room had everything we needed and it was comfortable and clean. Would stay again if catching a flight. It was great value.

Hotel and restaurant staff were very accommodating. They delivered to our door upstairs. Towels and shower gel were supplied.

Air con, fan, and window were open, but we were boiling at 29°C when it was 15°C outside. Customers were loud and were revving their cars at 9:30PM and cheering before finally clearing out.

It was in a great location for flying from Gatwick. Also the restaurant below had fabulous food. The staff were friendly. The breakfast items are a nice touch.

The hotel is right on a main road and if you are facing the road (as we were) the noise from traffic is constant and loud even through the night. Also the soundproofing between rooms appears to be poor as we got noises from the restaurant below and also rooms above (could hear the TV clearly). In effect this means we (family of 4 across 2 rooms) were disturbed all night.

It was an emergency booking after my flight from London Gatwick was cancelled. Not very near to the airport but ok. I can't describe how helpful the staff were (the receptionist and another guy). I came late at night and they helped me to arrange a taxi trip to London Luton airport the next day. I wouldn't know what to do without their help. Thanks, guys.

nothing that i didn't like

An excellent ghurka restaurant serving Nepalese/Tibetan quisine. Very good value fare and lodge. And location spot on for us. Roo s spotless and bed comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I found the bed very comfortable. The restaurant was exceptional. All in all a very comfortable stay

too noisy, no sleep and very basic, people loud on floor above, bin men came at 3-30 am to empty all bottles

Breakfast wasn't an option. But they supplied instant porridge and cereal bars each day, also bottled water which in the UK is unusual. Restaurant was wonderful and always busy , good food.

Unfortunately the hairdryer didn't seem to work, I did mention it.

Shower / bathroom needs an update. Took a while to find switch for hairdryer. Not a massive problem but it was not obvious!

The room was basic but the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner

Really comfortable beds. R Good food in restaurant...lots of choice. Air conditioning unit was a plus as weather was humid and needed to keep windows closed. Snack bars and porridge pots provided each morning. Lovely staff. Good value stay!

Staff very welcoming. Nice comfy bed with fan in room. Good selection of tea, coffe, water, porridge and cereal bars in room. Lovely area with benches outsider to have a drink. We had an excellent meal in the on-site Gurkha Restaurant. Convenient for Gatwick.

Our room (at front) was quite noisy due to traffic; rooms at back will be quieter; we had to close our window to reduce noise & it was a very humid evening but there was a fan. There is no lift to the rooms as they are on the first floor.
