El balconcito que daba al mar ,el rugido del mar, considerando que es mar abierto

Las instalaciones del dpto deteriorada.tuvimos que pedir aire en el estar, que esta bajo llave, por miedo a mal uso No tiene ascensor en este momento ( no estaba aclarado) gcias a eso recibimos un 2do juego de toallas

it was nice and clean staff was friendly. Very nicely decorated unit. loved watching the sunsets and even watched the whales from our deck.

What I did not like are the people that are staying there from the grand Pacifico. They think that they have more rights than the other guests. did not feel as comfortable wants they arrived.

the pool is in need of major cleaning and repairs the lights are all loose and one has wires hanging out. The filtration system is not all used as the skimmer baskets are not all being used to clean and return the water and are dirty. There is dirt and algae build up on lots of the surface and pool fittings. The rest of the building seems to be run with minimal maintenance witch is to bad , it. could be a beautiful place but the lack of maintenance and up keep is a major issue.

No paper towels in the kitchen, not even a bottle of water as courtesy, body soap or shampoo!

The location is stellar. It is right on the beach and the pool is directly below. Beautiful setting. It is also a good location for getting to grocery stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was superb. Kudos to the owner.

I might have missed the info but I wasn't aware I had to provide drinking water. We just picked up enough from the store nearby to get us through our stay. It might have been my oversight so this really isn't a complaint.

Excellent place. The apartment is spacious, clean, air conditioned and it’s has a beautiful sea view. The apartment is located in a condominium which used to be a luxurious hotel. The owner and local personnel are very responsive and there is a very nice fine-dining place downstairs. The area is safe with a couple of shopping malls and coffee shops a few minutes away from the apartment.

Very close to the sea. The pool area was nice. The flat was very clean and the staff very friendly.
