Das Frühstück war grossartig, der Kaffee (Espresso dopio) ein Genuss! Die Einrichtung rustikal und extrem interessant, was da an Wänden und Decke hängt! Tolles, aufmerksames und sehr sympathisches Personal. Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr angenehm. Einen Spa-Abend haben wir uns gegönnt, in der Hoteleigenen Spa-Grotte. Ein echtes Erlebnis! Das Ambiente mit dezenter Kerzen-Beleuchtung nur für uns zwei mit tollem Rotwein im Whirlpool und anschliessendem Dampfbad und dann die Massage als Krönung; ein Fest für die Sinne. Die Masseurin hat uns vom ersten Moment absolut professionell empfangen und uns begleitet und war doch fast kaum spürbar, so dass wir eine unglaublich tiefentspannende Zeit geniessen konnten. Das war echt grossartig! Danke nochmal dafür.

Für uns sehr grosse Menschen war die Duschkabine etwas zu klein. Es war sehr mühsam rein- und wieder heraus zu kommen. Aber man muss auch beachten, dass es sehr alte Gebäude sind und deshalb baulich die Möglichkeiten eingeschränkt sind. Dafür würde ich keinen Minuspunkt vergeben, was nicht gut war, dass 2x bei unserer Rückkehr ins Hotel die Tür nicht verschlossen war. Offenbar hat das Housekeeping nicht abgeschlossen. Wir haben das beim Management angesprochen und man versprach uns, darauf zu achten. Das hat gut geklappt. Daumen hoch.

La posizione e l'organizzazione in generale. La colazione è stata servita in maniera eccellente, con varie e non scontate scelte, complimenti.

Dimenticanza di carta igienica e acqua in camera...ma è come cercare il pelo nell'uovo.

We had a mix up and as it’s not possible to park at the rooms we were moved to Villa Liberty - which was excellent.

The place is great, well renovated and inside the old town. Rooms are clean and spacious.

You need to park outside the old town and walk there (short walk but still). No breakfast included (we knew that), I think overall it is possible to find better for lower price.

Excellent facilities. Nice big shower, comfortable bedding. Amazing town, truly beautiful. And the perfect location to explore it! Host is efficient and helpful, provided self check in/ out services and recommended places to go.
