El personal era muy grosero, nos hicieron pagar en efectivo alegando que no se había hecho el cargo a la tarjeta, después de pagar en efectivo nos comentaron que si estaba pagada la reservación pero nos nos quieres devolver el efectivo, tuvimos dos cuartos por 2 noches, uno no se ocupó

Da falta de segurança do quarto e do hotel, da falta de zelo com o quarto com torneira quebrada e toalheiro, a falta de um apoio como uma cadeira porque tinha espaço.

Value for the money

Staff not so friendly

Very central location on the main road next to every popular spot. Clean and comfortable. Good Aircodition. Helpful staff! They let us leave our bags earlier at reception before checkin. Thank you so much.

Easy to find.

Night life noise.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very cosy hotel, located in the heart of Tulum. For a short stay (in our opinion this is important) everything suited us. Orlando was always very friendly and helpful (he hinted to us about Senote Tortuga and we did not regret it, "thank you Orlando for everything! :) )

The only minus was the lack of a fridge, in such heat it's nice to keep some bottles of cold water. We pointed this out before we left. Orlando said it was a very "young hotel" and they would improve. We wish them luck with that.

Very central hotel, right in the middle of downtown Tulum. Friendly staff and reasonably comfortable room at a great rate.

No extra facilities or areas to hang out in. Overall, I was not a fan of Tulum itself.

The staff are very attentive Bed is comfy Cleanliness is super In Tulum city centre, near the colectivos to Tulum ruins and the ADO bus station The hotel is very nice and well-finished

Big room, good toilet and good shower

There was a weird smelt in our room from a air dispenser, but when we shut it off the room had a really bad smell of cigarettes. The lights went out multiple times everyday (also days when there was not a thunderstorm). The hotel is right across from a nightclub so it gets kind of noisy from the outside and the walls in the hotel are so thin so you can hear everything from the hall.

we liked it all. the staff is AMAZING ! friendly, best recommendations in town for REAL local food, best activities, and amazing deals for the Casa Tortuga Cenote - a must-do and even more if going trough their partnership. a really nice place to stay for small budgets, with A/C. amazing location too, central to Tulum village.

the only, only thing i’d say is that it misses a common area to stay/sit. there a a couple chairs and tables though. But this is not a really “bad” thing

The location is very central, impossible to sleep peacefully, the sounds of the disco close by don't allow me to give a good rating. Internet didn't work well!

Excellent location and good value for money

Rooms have no natural light on a long corridor . Lots of traffic noise and noise from your neighbours banging their bedroom doors. Poor wifi and water pressure

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR BEING TREATED FAIRLY. We checked into our room and noticed a musky smell. The wall close to the bed was covered in mold. We moved the mirror and under the air-conditioning unit and there was more extensive black mold. We spoke to the lady on the desk who seemed aware of the issue however let us know that we could not move rooms due to availability and that we would not get a refund. We asked to speak to the manager who would not budge. We were staying here for 3 nights, we would likely have put up with it for 1 however if we could then move rooms however I'd feel sorry for anyone renting this out for extended periods. It is not healthy and is totally treatable/preventable by the facility. We had to check out after a few hours and get a new place. I was looking forward to our stay but am greatly disappointed in this experience.
