No restaurants

Well managed. Amazing and clean interiors. Everything was fab except for the fact that they don't have a kitchen apart from that Absolutely loved this place.

Front desk service is very good. Rooms are fabulous, near to city , very quiet place and also has a sit out place in balcony. Spacious car parking with security... hotels near by for food and breakfast... loved it....

The location is pretty good as ots near to two major attractions.

They need to give at least one water bottle per person, how do they expect people to survive in this heat. Also when you book a suite they will give you a room with extra bed. Not happy with that either I booked a suite all I got was a room with extra bed

I got a huge respect toward this hotel which is new, prices are low... High in customer comfortability

Cleanliness as new property, staff was fine and supportive. Location depends on ur need as I was traveling with my car so didn't feel much but it's one city end towards Ooty road.

No credit card payment. Receptionist said it's new building and CC payment yet to setup. No restaurants even for morning tea !! You will have to eat outside and come. Parking was conjusted a bit. Pillows are very high and can be replaced with reasonable height.
