I would have preferred the property to have been a little closer to the city centre, although the location wasn't really a problem.

I wasn't happy about having to contact the owners via WhatsApp to obtain the key box code (having said that, Nikki was very nice, even though I briefly interrupted her holiday in Greece). I would have preferred to have received the code by email at least a few days in advance (as I have for most other places I've stayed in). Whilst I'm not exactly a technophobe, I could have done without having to figure out how to use WhatsApp whilst sitting on the steps of the property. I would have thought that emailing the code shouldn't cause a problem if it is changed after each visit.

the snacks went down well and the parking space was good as it was a busy street. the flat was spacious and comfortable.

Quiet residential area. Spacious lounge. Comfortable beds.

Generally clean but more TLC is needed especially the kitchen. Oven was filthy and the worktops in very poor condition. Bedding clean but not ironed. Had not been dusted. Not sufficient utensils, pots pans to cook a meal. Wine glasses were found to have lipstick on the rims. No plug in the bathroom basin and no seal on the bottom if the shower door. Water everywhere!

Spacious, clean and comfortable property in a quiet residential area.

The Albert Road Flat is located in a great location for accessing Worcester. It’s in a very quiet area but only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. There is a really handy shop about 5 minutes away on the main road. The flat everything you need and had private parking and it was great to park the car on arrival and not use it again until departure. Communication at all points was excellent and we liked the snacks!

Lovely spacious flat with allocated parking behind. Warm and comfortable modern flat at a great price. Communication was excellent and the little treats were very welcoming thank you. Highly recommended

There are issues with shower/bath but we were made aware before our stay

This lodging was one our best experience. The three rooms and the kitchen were equipped with everything we needed, everyhing was working. It was clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful and I wish them all the best for their future.

comfortable, adequate. could do with more pans - not really possible to cook a meal there. insufficient crockery to make use of a dishwasher. only a tea towel supplied a hand towel in the kitchen would have been welcome.

ditto. toilet seat not secured to toilet - could have been very dangerous. stair handrail would also be an advantage. rather uneven paving slabs in path.

The flat felt spacious. Good sized rooms and hallway. Good kitchen facilities. Parking space provided, which was useful. We also liked the location, just a 10 minute walk to the nearest railway station. Worcester centre a similar distance.

Car park space was an interesting 9 point turn to get into! Little bit far away from town centre for us to comfortably walk, so had to keep getting car out of awkward space!

I couldn't fit my car in the space provided. The Parking on the roadside was also very difficult

Clean, comfortable, flat in a quiet location easy to walk to city centre. Kitchen fully equpped and nice touch leaving us a few snacks/treats upon our arrival. Great communication with host.

Good shower. Comfortable bed. Good facilities. Home from home.

There was nothing we didn't like. It might be an idea to leave a note to say turn left and take the short cut into town if walking.

Lovely decor, nice quiet location, fully stocked kitchen and treats as a bonus extra. A short walk away from the town centre.
