Kettle does not have long enough cord to go all the way down to plug in.I needed to bent, which was hard for me, to plug it in. But it's not a big issue if it's only a day or two

I have stayed in some lovely places for the price of this place, even less. This apartment seemed to be an afterthought to the hotel and was poorly constructed and just dirty. There was actually half a cold stale meat pie in the cupboard of one of the rooms! I couldn’t hang wet towels or clothes anywhere, mould on bathroom roof and the fan in there was revolting. There were mice above the bedroom near the kitchen that were soooooo loud from about 4am onwards then at around 6 or 7 when the cafe staff started work, instead of taking boxes down the stairs they threw them from the top to the bottom. And I’m not talking one or two…..it was maybe 10!! And onto metal stairs it was so loud. I didn’t realise what was making the noise until I finally just got out of bed and opened the curtain to see the pull of boxes and one being thrown on top from the top of the stairs. I didn’t want to get angry and ruin it for my kids, who loved the pool.

Good Location, close to town. The apartment was clean and provided all the basics required for a short stay.

Located underneath the Cafe, the noise, loud music, and banging from 5 am was very disturbing. Cafe staff throwing cardboard down the stairs adjacent to the bedrooms was a wonderful sound also at that hour of the morning. Garbage dumpsters were also close by and collected very early in the morning. Think the description of soundproof walls may be exaggerated! The rooms were very hot as no fans or A/C were in any bedrooms. We stayed on a hot summer night and the small A/C in the central living room could not cool the entire apartment adequately. Ceiling or even pedestal fans would be a bonus. The shower screen in the bathroom was broken and water leaked out between the gaps. For the price you expect some concessions but definitely, Cafe staff should be more considerate and the 3-bed apartment description should state it's located underneath so guests can be fully informed when booking.
