Beautiful accommodations, great food, great service, very nice toiletries

The breakfast was disappointing. My brothers both said there wasn't much to it.

It had hot and cold options on the breakfast bar. The red velvet waffles were top notch.

Sausage links were good. Some could've browned a bit more, but still were very tasty and I had seconds.

I really enjoyed my stay at downtown Hampton Inn, the staff was very helpful and we felt a sense of security the moment we arrived .

Location and friendliness of staff.

Staff was kind enough to relocate us to another room to expedite an early check-in but failed to run the water first, which was needed due to renovation work. Our son drank what was basically tainted water. Some diligence would've been appreciated, but we understand it was an error that can happen was occurred with management trying to honor our request for an early check-in.

This place is absolutely the best Hampton Inn and Suites that I have ever had stayed in. Everything was fantastic!!! Super clean, warm and inviting staff, great breakfast, and a beautiful property! This facility also has a full bar and Ashton the bartender/manager made the night fun! She is huge asset to this property!!
