Imagine a sunset over the Mississippi River viewed from your balcony. It was that good. All the amenities you could need and a nice town and gorgeous view that is hard to match in other places.

Not a thing, all was great. We even loved the trains, all wonderful.

Steps, doors were difficult to lock & unlock (doors don’t seat) bed was too firm, trains were loud, house was modernized inside instead of restored

Loved the location. It was a little hot in the room because the heat ran all the time but it was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was very quaint and the house is gorgeous! No problems parking, kitchen is well stocked and the house is super cute. We will definitely be back!

There was a window without a curtain that allowed a lot of light in from a hallway light we were requested to keep on all night. This is an easy fix. If this window gets a curtain, I would likely come again. Also, there was a Keurig for coffee but only flavored coffee k-cups. Regular coffee in plenty (but just 4) should be available in any overnight stay. I had to drive down to the gas station.

The location was great as we spent time in Winona, MN. It was clean, information brochures were nice to review. Loved the room. Kitchen was well stocked.

The coffee system was not clean, water not fresh. The coffee pods were too old and only had 1 pod that was for caffeinated coffee. Other guests did not clean up after themselves. The bed was way too hard for our "old" backs.

Very straightforward check-in, exquisitely clean, so comfortable. King-sized bed was spotless and provided some of the best sleep I've had in a while. There was laundry in the facility which was quite convenient.

The plumbing in the house was sometimes noisy as was the train line nearby. Not much to complain about though.
