We stayed one night during our anniversary trip. Bed was super comfy, quiet and restaurant had great food. Breakfast was just ok, biscuits and gravy were good. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay there again

Check-in was meh- first TWO (2) ! sets of keys did not work- room was furthest from elevators, I was frustrated to say the least. After the second set didn't work, desk person brought working set up to the door. Room had previously been smoked in :( lucky I always bring spray!! Room was "clean" except needs vacuuming at baseboards and behind nightstand- sofa had dust on top back. Towels were fluffy :) water temp/pressure was good- bed and pillows were acceptable- not the most comfortable/but tolerable (sheet were not put on well)- I did have to remake the bed.

My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UW LaCrosse. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the pool area which was very nice. The continental breakfast was by far my favorite part of the stay. So many options. We will definitely be back.

It started with a slight musty smell. I noticed 1 of the small containers near the sink was half used. Room with toilet & tub/shower had a space of 3ftx3ft to stand on floor. In the morning i noticed spiders in 2 different spiders. It was late after a wedding when i checked in. If i had seen in daylight, would have asked for different room. Breakfast was great & the lady was super kind/helpful; best part of hotel stay!

We've been staying at this hotel on and off for almost 4 years while visiting our daughter who goes to St. Mary's University. The stay this time was terrible. The first room we had stunk so bad, we walked right out. The room we ended up with was not the best. There were cob webs in the bathroom, stains on the wall, bugs coming in from the patio door, water in the tub that never drained after 2 days, there weren't towels in the pool area & the hotel seemed to be run by college students. Front desk & breakfast people were friendly. The place needs major updates before we'd ever consider staying here again.

The people at the hotel were nice enough there were just a few problems. When we got in the room it smelled damp/mildewy. Probably from the pool. It was a poolside room. The carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed, light bulbs out in the bathroom, toilet was gross and full of mold, and there was still a dirty towel hanging on the towel bar. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. I am a heavy sleeper and noise doesn’t usually bother me, but I heard everything and was woken up many times. We went to the bar for a drink and watched the bar tender grab a guys empty beer glass to fill and put it directly in contact with the tap. Very unsanitary. For $275 I would expect a bit better. Honestly, couldn’t wait to check out. If I had another choice of where to stay this weekend I would have chosen somewhere else. Everything was booked. :(

Arrived at the room dirty Could write your name in the dust, hadn’t been vacuumed , one sheet for the sofa sleeper waded up inside. Had to kill multiple spiders. The worst was the very strong mold and mildew smell.Reported this at the front desk. The desk person was very polite and apologetic. She told me they would send someone in to clean which they did and discount the room which they didn’t. Won’t stay again.

Could be a nice place to stay. The room could use some updating but beds we’re comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony of our second floor room. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The attached restaurant had good food and drinks for a reasonable price.
On the not not so great features… There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The bathtub was either stained or dirty and the sprinkler head in the bathroom was either dirty or rusted. The screen door to the deck had holes in it and the deck door did not lock.

The room was spacious and clean. We were asked what floor we wanted our room on and that was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable (pillows can be a problem). It was quiet during the evening hours ( that can be a problem). There was still hot water in the morning for a shower( that can be a problem) We did not take advantage of the morning breakfast, but people seemed to be enjoying it! After we had checked in, I went to my car and I was asked if I needed anything, that was very considerate! ❤️ We had a very nice stay!

We were in room 103. Unique with the poolside rooms. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Except for the air conditioning unit. It worked great at cooling the room but sounded like a DC3 taking off while running. Staff was great. Place was convenient for our needs.

The hotel was great in terms of comfort and amenities. Our only complaint was there was a wedding reception there and no parking for guests. We had to park in Target lot until later and go out and move our car.

Challenges -older facility and obvious cleaning issues with housekeepers and grounds but front desk and lounge staff and management were SO kind, hard working and TRYING to make the stay comfortable. Devin (cook), lounge “guy” and front desk girl are a blessing…. Start over with housekeeping and maintenance!!

This is the fifth time we’ve stayed at the property and by far the worst. Staff was unwilling to work with us after a day of travel. We were given a room with one bed when we requested two and told it was because we booked through Expedia. We asked for a later checkout and was told no. The room itself was dirty with bugs in the bathroom, the mirror literally fell off the wall on its own and the bathroom light randomly blinked on and off. The outside area had broken chairs and is very run down. The breakfast area and breakfast were good.
