Very helpful and discrete staff. The food in the restaurant (Wadi Rock) was delicious and very good value. We had dinner and breakfast there. Every dish we ordered was excellent middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast had a wide selection and good coffee. Plus, the outdoor seating area was wonderful (in December temperatures) and the large tent was a great place to relax in. We took 4 bicycles to ride at Hatta Hub - the staff let us store them in a secure room overnight. Great service.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Amazing place by all means. Perfect location, very clean, calm & all what you need is just few steps. Sraff is helpful specially Fortune in the receiption. Highly recommended.

Hotel in a small shopping mall (at the entrance of Hatta) with some shops and three restaurants, large terrace, nice views from the room to the mountains, friendly staff

The wall painting in the room seems a bit dated, room rate slightly overpriced

Breakfast was a bare minimum, not much too choose from but we came very late so it might be the reason.

The room was facing the main street and its too much noise during the night as heavy traffic is going by. So the staff should known this and informed about it, especially since the hotel was not completely full i would maybe been possible to swap, but we didnt know before after.. So ensure you get a room facing the lake, quiet.
