Clean, comfortable. Perfect for what I needed.

The bedroom of this apartment is located directly below the living space of the flat above, this caused some disruption to sleep as it was occupied

Great sized individual bedrooms , with large en-suites. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge area was a good size with comfy seating. Car parking was great behind a security gate.

First two days there we didnt have a working TV - I personally bought new batteries and tried everything but to no avail. I messaged the owner / manager and told them they needed a new remote - 1st day they tried new batteries even though i had told them i had been and bought some new ones. 2nd day never heard anything. 3rd day new TV which worked fine. Pity nobody spoke to us to tell us of their plans

Great location close to the university

On the corner of two very busy roads; traffic noise can be disturbing but overall really good.

The apartment was in a great location near to all shops and amenities. There was everything you needed in the apartment for a short or long stay.

They could have left a inventory of some of the products that were faulty or broken. We paid a damage waiver of £150 which should be refunded after your stay. This has taken over a month for this to happen and still waiting even after contacting the apartment.

The apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of room. And the off road safe parking is a bonus!

The bed pillows where a bit flat, so it was hard to get comfortable abd have a full nights sleep.

very close to station. very quiet. digital check I was fine. very spacious and great they provided coffee, kitchen roll and other basics

if you could provide a bit of washing detergent for machine that would be great and save buying for just a quick load of washing

We were in the area to enjoy the Glastonbudget Festival near the village Wymeswold. We did not want to camp at the festival so this location was ideal for us. We found a fabulous place called Goodliffes for breakfast. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The carpark is secure and has gates with security code. It was located on the right side of town to drive to the festival.

The views aren't pretty over the car park and builders merchant yard. But we weren't spending any time there, just to sleep and shower.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and extremely clean.

the wifi was a bit hit and miss and didnt work in the bedroom, but the tv was great

Location and parking were a bonus for us. The heating was easy to use and soon warmed the space in the living area. Well appointed with most things you would need for a short stay.

The shower room had a leak from upstairs which was dripping soiled water into the shower and which had been happening for some time as the ceilings in both the shower room and living area were stained and damp. This I reported to the owner. We also heard scampering and gnawing in the ceiling on both nights we stayed. I also reported this to the owner.
