The owners were really helpful and quick in responding to questions. The lodge was clean and true to the pictures and description. The location of the lodge was perfect, it was easy getting into Windsor and to Legoland. The overall lodge setting within the marina was really nice.

> in reality this is a static caravan, not a lodge > a far too complicated process after booking with booking.com - requesting an extra £250 as deposit and stating you won’t get it back until 14 days after your stay is bad enough, but when emails and messages go unanswered to support with this system it makes the stay overly complicated. > whilst the owners secured my deposit back earlier, I should not have had to push for this > the information book in the property lacked detail eg how to work the heating and messages to the property about this were not answered > there was also an extra quite tiresome requirement to register guests with the marina - this should be done by the property owners as they ask for the details in advance of the stay. > the book also noted that guests would also have to produce insurance certification if required - no idea what this was about and if it wasn’t meant for us it should not be there > the decor is pretty neutral and cold - grey and lots of pink > both the showers leaked

The rental was adorable at first glance. Seemed like a perfect place to relax.

Elegant and very clean of the interior with some great touches. A great place to relax after a busy day.

The Hot Tub was great, especially with a glorious sunset, but the water quality could have been better.
