There was hair in the shower drain. The configuration of the toilet and shower was awkward. No elevator and I was on the third floor.

The pool and the jacuzzi are a great idea to relax after a day of visiting the city Friendly staff and a good breakfast to get you going. Parking was close by.

Gracious and efficient front desk, beautiful lobby and common areas, delicious full breakfast with many choices, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location close to everything in Centro Historico. Free parking just 2 blocks away.

The Hotel is charming, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The breakfast was exceptional and the use of the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake.

The only thing I had a problem with was the plastic mattress pads on the beds. They make you sweat when you are sleeping.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants and transport to the airport. When they learned that I would miss breakfast they prepare some food for my trip. In addition to a wonderful staff, I loved the warm swimming pool. The hotel is attractive, clean, has an excellent staff and in a great location. It is in easy walking distance to some great restaurants, 5 de Mayo street and several squares with good restaurants and a large park.
