I did not have breakfast because I had to leave early. On my back I will try it although a lot of friends who have stayed at the Santika had mentioned the breakfast was great

Location - near to restaurants, cafes. Breakfast - Variety of Indonesian cuisine with a bit mix of western dishes. Room - Comfy and clean Staff - Super friendly and helpful Facilities - Acceptable

I stay in Tower 2 @ 9th floor. The floor was too noisy with people banging the door especially at night. It seems there's a group of Indonesian people staying in several rooms. You can hear them talking from your room, so I presume the room is not sound proof.

I was there during 7.2 earthquake, no alarm no public announcement, I would’ve stayed in my room if I didn’t call the reception to ask them what was going on!

It has the ‘wow’ appeal. it’s got various lounge areas and the atmosphere terrace was beautiful. sadly we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool, which was so pretty. the pizza was incredible! we stayed in another very popular hotel on our outward journey and really wish I’d booked the Santika instead, it was so much cheaper than the other one, with a much better menu and overall waw factor.

Breakfast fantastic 10/10 Staff that changed bed sheets were great especially Riski helped me and my partner and went above and beyond 11/10 for him. Good evacuation protocol and concern for peoples safety during the earthquake and the tsunami warning after the earthquake. Hotel been amazing, especially the parking for bikes and the place to order food. Security staff have been great and looked out for our safety whilst dealing with taxi drivers or food deliveries. Overall it has been the best hotel I have ever experienced!
