Brilliant location, lovely facilities and absolutely huge for a 3 bed flat encompassing the entire ground floor. Immense high ceilings, pictures looked great but didn't highlight the huge size of the place.
Beds mega comfy, lovely quality bedding/towels, lovely complimentary items, pint of milk hugely appreciated along with the biscuits :-)

Perfect location except for parking…
Well equipped & nice extras like bottle of wine, bathroom items (soaps, shampoo etc)
Nothing we didn’t like but no bedside table in one room very inconvenient, bath towels on small side, curtains very difficult to draw, very warm lack of fans or air con and not ideal to open windows at night due to them being so low to ground and on roadside.

Location,views and comfort.
Noise from above us was horrendous, washing machine on late and kids running round late, drove us mad.No advise on dustbins and awful smell from drains.We got a parking ticket unfortunately, perhaps another bathroom,5 ppl one shower !

Everything was very good. Loads of towels. comfortable beds. Perfect location. Lots of interesting knick-knacks (spelling?) Plenty of loo paper, dishwasher tabs etc.
No real complaints at all. A couple of minor things - The lock on the bathroom door could be improved and it would be a good idea to put up a little notice for how to use the hob for those of us that have never used an induction hob.
The parking situation isn't ideal, but that is not the fault of the owner - it's a Folkestone wide problem. We would have liked a file at the house with some tourist info, town plan, restaurants, location of nearest grocery shops, take aways etc.

Great location, beautiful decor, very comfy beds, really spacious apartment and lovely sea views from every room!
Would be useful to have somewhere to hang coats other than in wardrobes.

Lisa (the owner) called before our stay and told us everything we’d need to know and recommended local bars/restaurants, which was very useful. Couldn’t ask for a better location; right on the sea front, stunning views from every room, and only 15 mins walk to the town centre/train station. The property itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we could need - hairdryer, robes, tea and coffee etc. There was a bottle of Prosecco on arrival too! We had the best time and will be back soon!
The shower is a little difficult to work out but that’s the only minor flaw we found.
