The staff were super fast to respond, they were also very nice.

I have traveled a lot, to many different countries and stayed in many different hotels and apartments. This has been, by far, the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. I even questioned whether or not the flat was cleaned but there were fresh towels on the bed. The floor was dirty and stained. I found huge balls of dust everywhere. The kitchen had crumbs and food stains. Worst of all the toilets and showered were not cleaned! I had to clean the bathroom before I let my kids use it. Obviously not something you want to do on holiday. Also the flat was super small. Besides the master bedroom, the other rooms barely had space to open the wardrobe door. We were staying over the Christmas break so it was impossible to find another place so we stayed but I was grossed out the whole time.

Good location and easy checkin. Quick easy access to the slopes nearby. Also nice balcony.

Fairly small for 8 people (some v small rooms), had a broken shutter to balcony, not given correct bedding for all beds, no ski storage.
