Nothing really. I have stayed in better places.

The place was dusty. I found dirt and a piece of unwanted toy under the bed, probably left behind by another occupant. The toilet was forever wet as they were no shower curtain. The tap water was cold. Should have hot and cold taps. Oh yes, don't think they changed the pillow covers. No TV programs worth watching. The worst thing is the noise. We couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning for all three nights. The owner agreed to give us another unit. But we thought it would be the same problem so we didn't bother to change.You can hear noise left right and centre. The occupants above us were dragging the chairs and kids were running around. You can even hear people talking past midnight. We thought of telling them off but we do not want any trouble. Also no panoramic view - no trees and no mountains. All we saw was concrete. Only one lift working in our block. So there was a 'traffic' jam during the weekend.

Excellent location. walking distance to Centrum. Value for money. Simple & clean design but sufficient.

Windows have no views and weak security, the lower level car park entrance door to upper level apartments was purposely block open by someone and can be enter by outsider event without a security card access.

All the room have the toilet so is very convenient for everyone. The house is clean and has all the basic equipment that u need. The owner also very kind and easy to deal

balcony view is facing other people house so if you open the balcony door and curtain, every people passing by the front house can see you 😂 But still u have a choice to close it
