No Room Heater in the room

room was big, 3 bedrooms with bathroom, big living room and kitchenette. private parking.

there is no sign of the resort, could not contact the owner on arrival, took some hours before to get message back and got the room. suggest to contact the owner some hours before arrival. View from balcony was not the same as in the picture.

electronic stove doesn’t work, unable to cook meggi😅, there is problem with tv, unable to enjoy it well

It is an old building that requires a bit of repair and replacement of some basic items. Most of the electronic items like toasters were out of order. Our first room was very smelly. Upon our request, they changed our apartment. In new apartment, one toilet was very smelly but other two were OK, so we survived. cutlery was not clean too. Positive points include its location, scenery from the windows, and specious parking. Room rent was lower than neighboring apartments.

Booked @ rate for the location, comforter n pillow need to be a little more Thicker for year end esp.raining season than other season... Flooring water sewage system to be maintain as we'll... Aside these, unit with Balcony facing d golf course view is amazing and relaxing.
