Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. Two big TV screens and great view from the balcony.

Cool room layout

No hot water in shower or sink and staff would not do anything about it Also the bar only sells full bottles of alcohol so you can't just have 1 drink that is totally ridiculous

Went out to dinner and arrived back at the hotel at 9 pm with friends for planned bonding time. But greatly disappointed as we entered the room in total darkness. I Called reception and was told they were trying to reach out to inform us of power interruption expected for 30 mins. We initially thought of staying in the room while waiting for the “30 mins” but quickly decided against as the lady on the phone suggested to stay in their lounge area in the 6th floor. Glad we stayed in the lounge as We didn’t mind the 30 mins but the 30 mins dragged on to an hour ☹️ then 2 hrs and more☹️… Not good when Two of my friends travelled long distance from morning and we were all pretty much looking forward to bed and lounge rest while continuing our chit-chat “supposedly” in a relaxed environment. It was good gesture though to offer us their spare room when we stressed above situation while waiting for the power outage to be sorted. But still, staying out till midnight is not something we would have expected. Also, plated Breakfast was not as we ordered…though we corrected twice the lady at the reception as she’s taking our orders night before.

Please add variations or incorporate fresh veggies in each plate or please serve fresh veggies too. Location is very good and accesible. Please allow a 24 hour service in your front desk at 6th floor because when i called at nine pm nobody is answering the phone.. several times until i got tired of dialing.

Food.. please include in the menu fresh veggies Please have a floor towel And a hair dryer, hangers in the cabinet Make your staff available 24 hours a day And have more variation in your menus Bed lamp is busted in one side good that i brought a portable reading lamp

breakfast starts at 7:30, too late for me as I was traveling for work. also, the housekeeping didn’t clean my room despite reminding the front desk and the staff that delivered my food the day before.

I love the room it's nice and cute comfy. 💗✨ We enjoyed the night too. Tysm! We expected meron wine glass cause we brought wine pero wala, pero okay lang my baso naman. The breakfast was good, mine was beefsilog I think. 😅

I think wala masyado magamit for the kitchen like cooking utensils. Pero okay na rin..Overall stay is good.
