The friendliness of the staff, how clean the accommodation was, the rooms where big and plenty of cupboard space. We also like that we could go to the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I would have like a clock, hairdryer in the room.

I booked the accommodation on the morning of check-in. After a early morning start with young kids, we arrived at the accommodation about 1100. I thought it would be best to go check at reception if my booking was indeed confirmed as it was only booked hours earlier and with limited internet, I couldn't check. I was met by the wonderful staff who were soo welcoming and friendly. She saw a tired bubba in my arms and said I could check in then if I want (1100) . Almost 4 hours before check-in time! SUPER GRATEFUL ! the accommodation itself is STUNNING and perfect for a family. They had everything we needed and made our short stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The beach is literally across the road. Great for a little beach play with kids and a long walk but not very suitable for swimming in my opinion. I would definitely be staying here on my next visit and definitely recommend this. Maui bay is just a short drive away as well.

Not something I didn't like but rather something that would make this place more EPIC , would be a swimming pool or a paddle pool for kiddies. My kids had an amazing time regardless. The staff are soo lovely. Thankyou to everyone at Coastal Suites. 1 very Happy mumma ❤️

Didn't order breakfast. Went out of way to cook us vegetarian meal.

The suite was perfect! Big shower, separate toilet and a big kitchen also. Very Clean! Heat pumps in both bedrooms aswell and the living room aswell as ceiling fans, game changer!Ample room i found that it could easily fit 2 couples easily. Staff are very helpful and having a restaurant/bar onsite is also great. Food is delicious and resonably priced. Checking in and out was an easy process also

Wifi reception wasnt too good

When we arrived, we were greeted by the night Security Guard (Ali) who had the keys for our accommodation and helped us take our belongings upstairs to our room due to our late arrival and check in.

I do not write normally review, but this place is special and it deserves a honest feedback, because is really difficult to find such a fabulous accommodation in Fiji like this one. When I arrived I was really sick and weak. The whole team including the owner lady were very kind, offered me a help and the staff even offered me to help me with my 2 years old. These things add a massive value for me when it comes to the humanity, because people in this place got a heart and do not see only the profit like any other places where we stayed previously. Me and my family felt very comfortable, relaxed and specially I have to point that the place was CLEAN and the bedding with bathroom were really spotless. I personally hate dirty places. unfortunately hygiene and cleanliness is vastly missing in many Fiji hotels/ accommodations, even in more stars hotels, but thankfully not in this place! The kitchen is pretty well equipped, so it’s possible to cook meals or breakfast. The restaurant belongs to the apartments with tasty food and very fair prices,so no problem who doesn’t want cook, because there is a room service as well. They actually play music in the restaurant, but I loved every single tune so it didn’t bother me and it was not loud after 22:00 at all during our stay. I am not a TV lover, but TV worked well and also Wi-Fi which added the value when the weather wasn’t outdoors friendly. The only advice is; for more enjoyment you would need definitely a car to explore surrounding areas. We spent 8 nights here and I would spend even more if we could.
