Dirty, chipped glasses and bowls, walls were bad with marks and chips, panty door is messed up, husband had to fix a closet door right when we got there, fan in living room was broke fan and light, the back door lock was broken and we had to use not 1 but 2 piece of wood to Lock it, the front door didn’t latch so the only way to get it stay shut is by locking it, the (as advertised) hot tub was Disgusting and didn’t heat up the first night, my husband tried calling and texting, I called the number provided both in the home and the one on the email to Bruce… I left a message to call back… nothing. Then someone responded to the text my husband sent and said someone would be there to look at the door and the hot tub… I missed out on beach time and my kids were with family at the beach but not enough room to get them all in the car when it started storming…. My husband had to come back to get me so my kids were left with family but not their parents SCARED!!! That guy that came was nice but the only quick fix was to used 2 pieces of wood… he fixed the temperature to the hot tub but it was still disgusting after chemicals and a full bottle of shock… on our last day we were starting to get things packed up and ready to go. Most of our kids were still sleeping… when our brother in law went to open the door he was scared by 2 men getting ready to walk in. Those two men were there to fix the fan at 8:30 am… we were not informed or notified. They were too surprised because they had no idea it was a rental for vacation. They proceeded to fix the fan taking up the entire living room (they were super nice and friendly but this was unacceptable) we were to check out at 11 and now my kids are all woken up to strange men there. My daughter wasn’t dressed and it was completely unacceptable…. I turned her around and had her get dressed fast Now making her completely grouchy… which continued throughout the day..

The home was very comfortable and relaxing, especially with the hot tub after a day out with the kids. The game room tops it. I'll give them 4stars
