Odradzam i nie polecam. Mieszkanie bardzo zinme, rano 14°C w sypialni, a mimo to brak ogrzewania. Zimna lub chłodna woda zamiast gorącej. Brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków w łazience, zapchany brodzik, w niektórych gniazdkach elektrycznych brak prądu. Nie działa klimatyzacja, bo presonel nie udostępnia pilota. Personel był arogancki i niepomocny. Pani Stefania w beszczelny sposób ignorowała uwagi i prośby. Nie chciała udostępnić pilota do klimatyzacji, aby uniemożliwić dogrzanie mieszkania klimatyzacją. Co za chciwość!!!. Z wielką łaską i pretensjami udostępniła po dwóch dniach starań i skardze do booking.com. dopiero wtedy jak moje dziecko rozchorowało się z zimna. UWAGA!!! Personel zgłasza fikcyjne szkody, aby wyłudzić pieniądze od niepokornych turystów. Wchodzi pod nieobecność do mieszkania bez informowamia. UWAGA!!! Mam zginęła mała biżuteria. To wszystko to skandal. Pierwszy raz mam do czynienia z tak skandaliczną obsługą i postawą presonelu. Takich usługodawców powinno eliminować się z rynku turystycznego, zwłaszcza w tak pięknym kraju jak Włochy. I advise against it and do not recommend it. The apartment was very cold, in the morning it was 14°C in the bedroom, but there was no heating. Cold or cool water instead of hot. There are no hangers in the bathroom, the shower tray is clogged, and there is no electricity in some electrical sockets. The air conditioning doesn't work because the receptionist doesn't provide a remote control. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful. Mrs. Stefania blatantly ignored comments and requests. sofa bed not exactly what I would call comfortable, probably fine for younger children. We have college age kids with us so the lack of a comfy sleeping place mattered a little more.

Location is perfect!

Dirty!!!!!! And the host was sooooo RUDE!!!! I asked is there a baby crib before I made a reservation and they said yes!! And when i came there there was no baby crib! And they told me if you dont like it go somewhere else we are not a hotel!!!!!

Apartment is very well located, it is very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and helpful. we enjoyed our stay here :)

the location on down town

Lack of fundamentals: plugs and hairdryer not working, no towels handlers in the bathroom, shower sewage not flowing out, no espresso machine (just moka)

The apartment was lovely and in a great location. The balcony was also great to sit out at in the morning with a tea/coffee and read - perfecto!

The shower didn't run away properly and you found yourself slopping around a little until it ran away and the toilet flusher was hit and miss if it worked. Small things that I am sure they can fix.
