Very nice apartment...dishwasher was a lifesaver! Tv had netflix, good wifi, decent space for 4 people, nicely decorated, central to town.

Back room with bunk beds a little noisy, small things like lack of dishwasher tablets and no instructions for appliances could enhance stay but issues easily resolved

lack of loo paper.. none at all in the one toilet and half a roll in the other.. light on balcony flashed all night and switch said not to turn off

The property was spacious and well located in relation to the city centre

the front of the property was not double glazed so there was a lot of noise coming from the street. It is close to a night club so there is a lot of noise. The property was relatively clean although the shelves in the cupboards were sticky and a razor and used hair bobbles were found in the en-suite shower suggesting not thoroughly cleaned

Very good central location, apartment was comfortable, en-suites were convenient, however parking was a nightmare, no places in the area indicated, and one way system makes finding somewhere else difficult.

The apartment was clean and cosy. Great space. Had pretty much everything you needed. Location was great, so close to the studio we visited, the shops and bars.

This is just being picky but bigger towels would have been great. If we had of known they were that small we would have brought our own. Bunk bed mattresses could have been a little thicker.

The location was very interesting, the local population was cosmopolitan. I talked at length to one of the shop owners about the area.

The noise level in the evening,especially Saturday, was high and persisted upto 3.20 at night. Parking is a problem for most people in this area and we were lucky to find the only available place.

The entrance alley to the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment. Vomit in the alley & entrance. Apartment needed attention to detail on cleaning. Sticky wine on living room floor, clumps of fluff/hair in bedroom plus bits of paper visible under bed. Not a nice neighbourhood.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Michelle was very responsive to all enquiries and was able to help. Check in and check out was simple and clear. The instructions for parking were very helpful.

The apartment was a bit chilly when we got there and it was not clear from the notes supplied how the thermostat worked. Apartment instructions might also indicate the position of the exit button for the big metal gate.

Very comfortable property to stay at and very handy for local amenities, close to Asda and two train stations. Central location. Clean and tidy property.

If you have travelled from abroad it is not easy sometimes to bring shower gels and toiletries. It would be good if these were provided.

AVOID The area is shocking it was telling that a local UBER said it was a terrible area. Drug users outside the property and it is an eastern european and muslim area which will make alot if people feel uncomfortable. No hand wash / soap is criminal.

Perfect place to stay. Really impressed by the whole experience.

Property very livable - light and spacious, kitchen brilliantly equipped; beds and living room all very comfortable. Two bathrooms, not fancy but complete with good showers. No need for car, excellent location - city centre, stations, univeristy Arena all within easy 5-15 mins walk. Actual property entrance not obvious but info pack provided full access details, all clearly explained. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment in the centre of town. The host was wonderfully helpful and the apartment offers everything that you would need for a short or longer stay😊

There were no negatives, I would highly recommend this home.
