Nice friendly hotel staff

The location for us is really good,it's close to small stores or food stalls for a quick grab of snacks. Major food outlets and mall are also just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and courteous they were very good and quick with attending to our request. Room were exceptionally clean. Airconditoning were nice and cold. We stayed for 8 night our room was exceptionally quiet considering that there is a school just across the hotel.

We stayed at a room with kitchenette it needs a good cleaning of the cabinets as they were quite dirty. Pillows need replacing to something a little more softer as they were very hard and the sofa bed in the lounge area may also need replacing as the springs and cushion are very worned out it was uncomfortable to sit on.

It was a good location kasi malapit lng sa near establishments.

Madaling mabara yung sink ng CR at kitchen area. Sana din next time hindi sa 4th floor wala pa nmng elevator tas nkakapagod mag akyat baba.

No elevator, you have to use the stairs all the way up to the 5th floor.

Easy to identify with its unique spiral staircase. Comfortable large room. Helpful staff. Nice community in the area. I’m staying back here again.
