the room which we got was on ground floor, was easliy accessible, view from the window was great, although room was small, but did not felt stuffy or compact, food which we ordered was good, most importantly bathroom was clean and tidy, overall nice experience

would be wrong to say, there was a thing which was not likeable, but a small suggestion-to have couple of hangers in the storage cabinet

The view from the room was good. The service was appreciatable. Walkable distance from mall road and also many small vendors Nearby for urgent needs. Te coffee shops and mini restaurants near the hotel stay was helpful. Hotel staff ,Mr Sharma was very responsible . Big Thanks to Sachin, who owns the place. Such a warm person and helpful.

Breakfast could be improved in quantity and choices. But What was provided to us was tasty.and delicious.

the staff (Sachin and the staff working there) we’re extremely helpful! thank you so much. we arrived in the early hours of the morning and we got lost, the staff came to collect us and offered us a resting place till our check in was ready. we felt really well looked after and the rooms are very cosy too. hot water is working well.

The hotel charged GST but refused to provide a GST invoice which is tax fraud, claiming that they are only a B&B and don't have to pay GST. . They do not accept international credit cards for payment. The shower water pressure is insufficient. The hotel is difficult to find and not easily accessible by car due to road closures. My worst hotel experience.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast served in your room.

Can be a little difficult to find but our taxi driver called the hotel and they came to meet us from where the taxi has to drop you.

On the first day, I got help to reach to the place, they came to pick me up, to find the way to the guesthouse easily. Staff are like a family. Smiling, listening, grounded, . available whenever it is AM or PM Room service with big menu, food arrived to the room warm and tasty. Shower, at any time of the day, have super hot water Bed is so soft, smell good, TV and cables, strong internet. They help with laundry services, booking a driver, toilet paper, plans for next destination, emotional support any time if you need them as a familiar protective people when you are far from home. I stayed 5 night. I didn’t want to leave. Safe to walk in the evening. Small shopes and dhabas on the way to the guest, with everything you need. 5 minutes walk, to mall rd. Smiling people. The best place to stay!!!!
