The bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a great selection of tea/coffee etc. The toiletries were excellent quality.

No balcony.

The rooms were so big. The restaurant and staff outstanding and bikes were a bit of fun before we checked out

Room was spacious. Very neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable and small kitchenette was handy

Underground parking not very convenient. Also the lift was not working. For elderly people if it very difficult to climb so many stairs to come upstairs after parking car. I think they should inform guests about the parking especially when lift not working. There was no breakfast choices for vegetarians. Breakfast was not worth the price. No fruits, no cereals, just choose one item from 9 listed items on menu. That was very disappointing. Hardly any choice for vegetarians.

The design of the hotel is amazing, very modern and lovely. Courtyard is also very beautiful. The staff is incredible, the reception happily explained and recommended what to do in the area. They were so nice to try and assist us with everything

the amenities were very lacking. No hot water, no heater in the bedrooms and no portable heater to borrow.

Unfortunately the air conditioner was directly above the bed and resulted in a very dry sore throat the next day.

We recently stayed at Wildes Hotel in Kangaroo Valley for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by nature, and the atmosphere is tranquil and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which featured fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Overall, our stay at Wildes Hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in Kangaroo Valley.

Great staff who are super friendly and made our stay so welcoming. Breakfast was so good and love the morning chat with the waiter/service crew. The location was fantastic.

The hotel's communication and facilities (esp. environment of the courtyard) are beyond the expectation. Definitely will come back and stay here if I am visiting Kangaroo Valley again.

The room service was practically non-existent. I understand there is a labour shortage in Aus, but we arrived at 3pm for check in to be told the room isnt ready! We had to wait for them to finish. Would have been ok but the receptionist was rude about it. Stayed for three nights and each day the rooms would only be made after 4pm! So... dirty cups, no tea refills and had to make our own beds... If I wanted that I would have hired an airb&b...

A lovely room which was very comfortable and with good facilities. It is right in the centre of Kangaroo Valley which meant it was a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go.
