I liked the kitchen and the bed was comfy The size of the room was perfect

The walls are a bit thin so I could hear everything around me

I loved the comfy bed and the place itself was clean it's good value for money too.

The constant bleeping of the keypads on every door as the noise of them woke me up throughout the night alongside people being drunk in the building/hallway all the toilets had ran out of tissue we never met any staff but in fairness we arrived later than anticipated due to one of us finishing work late. We would've definitely appreciated a mirror in the bedroom as there wasn't one (room 4)

Room was clean and tidy on suite was fine and added bonus of small kitchenette with fridge and microwave on room 11

We were in room 11 which was right next to the entrance door for this part of the accommodation as the entry was by a key code which was audible and therefore we could hear every movement through that door also the corridor had auto lighting and there was a gap under our room door it lit the room up every time someone transmitted this corridor. Lastly the room door wasn't a tight fit so it also rattled everything the entry door was opened. I ended up wedging the door with some folded card and placing a towel across the bottom of the door This did not lead to a very good night's sleep so we opted not to stay there on the second night instead we set off home sat evening rather than checking out on the Sunday unfortunately unlikely to book here again

The rooms were clean. An employee helped us with the key pad.

One bathroom had no toilet tissue. I put my towel on the corner of the sink in the shower room. While I was in the shower the towel fell to the floor in the corner by the sink. When I picked it up there was a clump of hair and assorted dirt on it. I had no choice but to shake it off and use the towel. Also, i was in room 1, the closest room to the kitchen and right next to the bathroom. A group of very noisy guests were in the kitchen until at least 10:30 each night, talking and laughing very loudly and even banging pots and pans. Very hard to sleep with that going on. Also noises from the bathroom came through the wall into my room,.

Really modern clean place. The owners were very helpful with checking in too. So polite on the phone and sorted the problem in seconds. The beds are very comfy and it's right outside Selby centre which was a 2 minute walk. Really lovely little house

My only stipulation and it's so minor but the heating comes on in the early hours so I was waking up really hot but I just opened the window. So so minor didn't ruin our stay at all everything was perfect

nothing. maybe the email with instruct should be shorter and concise as I didn’t have time to read it properly and didn’t understand about being without people, codes etc but actually everything worked very well

There was no actual reception desk to checki in. Key codes to enter building and room, but it was much easier than I first thought.

Clean and comfortable and secure. Glad a fan was provided.

The bedroom I and my husband had was far too hot as the sun was shining in for hours when we first arrived. We were glad of the fan provided. I was sorry there was nowhere to sit down in the kitchen. The first impression I had was that it was a bed and breakfast facility, and had I not asked Sallow Tree house I would have got an unpleasant surprise, I think this should have been made clearer.

Had a great stay, comfy bed and a nice walk into town.

Wasn't anything to do with the Hotel but someone put a washing on at 10pm or so that didn't finish until midnight, being jn the room next door it was difficult to settle. I'm not sure what can be done to resolve this.

Everything else was perfect

The tap was too low in our ensuite, no daytime window blinds.

I booked a room with shared bathroom but instead we got a nicely sized room, amazingly comfortable bed with private bathroom. This was a lovely surprise and welcome upgrade!

The room got incredibly hot and was hard to cool down. A fan would perhaps be ideal for hot days.

No breakfast, but there is a fully equipped kitchen. Not just a microwave and kettle but hob, 2 ovens and a full size fridge freezer

A lot of pass doors to get in. Difficult if you have luggage
