Poziția hotelului, curățenia, camere spațioase, prosoape, halate, jacuzzi, service-ul dacă soliciți ceva.
Spațiul pentru micul dejun foarte mic, angajatul de origine srilankez, nu vorbea limba română, orice trebuia să-i soliciți. Micul dejun servit ca şi cum mergi la restaurant, comanzi şi aştepți.
Porțiile mari şi mâncarea bună, nimic de comentat, insa, salata de avocado din meniul de la micul dejun s-ar putea denumi corect "salată de roşii", căci avocado nu se vede şi prețul nu se justifică.

The location is excellent, the room vas very big, clean and the bed super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and a great plus is that they are using ingredients from local farmers. Another big plus is the Vanatorul restaurant which is part of the same complex. The food was very tasty, they have a very nice summer garden and last but not least, the employees were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

We stayed in Oriental room, which was very spatious, with huge comfortable bed & jacuzzi bath. Everything spotless clean and tidy. Big TV, appresiated bath robes and new nice towels. Opposite the hotel there is a nice restaurant with live music. Hotel has big parking and located conviniently, just off the main street and short walk to gondola cabin.
There was smell of sigarets in the room.
Perhaps kettle and not paper, but normal cups would be more nice. Hot water from nespresso machine had still coffee aroma.

The bed was very large and comfortable. Rituals toiletries was a very nice touch. Consider having breakfast at the bistro downstairs, the food was good!
The theme of the different rooms. Our room had an orient theme, which was a bit dated and doesn’t reflect the environment.

A cozy place with very friendly and caring staff created amazing atmosphere for rest. Picturesque views accompanied by nightingales make your rest unforgettable! Strongly recommend!!!😀

I really enjoyed the staff because they were always available to help and worried about the well-being of me and my family, and also very kind.
The room was clean and very well maintained day by day. My daughters and I really enjoyed staying there.
The restaurant next to the restaurant is very good, the food is amazing and also the staff but unfortunately is not open all week. There are other restaurants nearby but because this one is so good is a pity don't have it always open.

Excellent location, close to the slopes, big and tastefully decorated rooms, and extremely friendly staff. The beds are large and confortable so sleeping with kids in them is not a problem. Nespresso coffee maker in the room helped a lot to boost skiing mornings. Skiing equipments are safely kept in a room downstairs, no need to carry them upstairs. It was a very pleasant stay with all facilities in the room and in the neighbouring area. Late breakfast available in the restaurant next door is very tasty and allows either to sleep in late or to hit the slopes in the early morning and return later for food.

The location, beautiful area especially during the holidays
That they refused to cancel my reservation and give my money back. I tried to cancel 5 days in advance and they told me that it was non refundable. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that the manager is well aware of the policy
