We booked this for one night before our cruise. The apartment was immaculate, homely, and very quiet. The little extras like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and a fully equipt kitchen made it perfect for a pre cruise stay. We will definitely book again for our next cruise.

Everything! The communication was great and the apartment had everything you need. Great value, better than a lot of hotels we stayed at. And lovely interior. Great for a family. Highly recommended if you are in the area or close by. 2 bathrooms and compfy beds. And I love the love of Donkeys!

Everything was fine! There was nothing to not like.

It is a cozy place to stay for spring but not during summer time.

The apartment were booked for 6 people but it turned out that it’s too crowded so 4 people stayed. 2 rooms are small. It does not have enough space for bags and luggages. You can barely move when you get out of bed. So I ended up sleeping in the living room in a sofa bed. The place has no air conditioning unit but fan was provided.

The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything that was needed, and more. We loved the spaciousness of the property, and it felt like a home away from home.

Nothing we didn't like, but I can only drink decaf coffee so it would have been perfect if there had been decaf coffee pods for the coffee machine too!

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of nice little details like fresh flowers on a vase and milk in the fridge. I wish we stayed there longer.

Minor issue: it was not clear which floor our apartment was on; otherwise, directions including entry codes were perfect.

The apartment was in pristine condition. The kitchen was very well equipped with cutlery crockery and electric gadgets. The bedrooms hall and bathrooms were very well done up. We felt like it was a new house. There was plenty of linen .The location was quiet , a little away from the city center. The instructions from Andy were very clear and we had no problem accessing the apartment the first time.

The apartment was perfect. The hosts had thought of everything you could need. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Southampton. We booked for the night before a cruise, it was a few minutes drive from the cruise terminal and I thought it would be ideal. It was much more than ideal it was complete luxury. We had a fantastic stay. I have just rebooked for November.

We loved everything about the apartment. Could not fault any aspect.

The apartment was amazing and all the little touches like milk in the fridge and an assortment of teas and hot chocolates etc really made it homely. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Everything you could need for a long or short stay. Felt very secure and safe.
