El alojamiento está en un buen lugar cerca de la estacion de buses y facil para movilizarme por la cuidad.El anfitrion fue amable en todo momento y me permitio salir un poco despues del check out. Tenia, TV, cocina, microondas, platos, nevera,vasos y cubiertos.Una buena señal de WIFI.

Podria mejorar por ejemplo en poner una taza para bebidas calientes. Por otro lado el jabon para lavar los platos y para uso del baño era poco.

Quarto cheirando a mofo A água do ralo do box vai para o quarto, causando uma inundação. Proprietários não deram um parecer.

Please never go to casa vale if you care your health and never trust Booking as they dont guarantee in any way that you get a stay with the minimum conditions. First. The pictures on the web do not match AT ALL with the place, and I have proof of this attached. There is no one who can assist you, I was at the indicated check in time and I had to wait for hours until a girl that rent a room kindly helped us and call the "owner/hoster'' so we could get in. Second , the room was unacceptably DIRTY, I promise, I wanted to cry once there and no one could assist either through booking or the chat to talk to the responsable. As we had already paid for the stay for 2 nights we decided to bear with it and not ruin our short journey... The worst thing that I could never imagine could happen to me there were BEDBUGS. YES BEDBUGS, it was outrageous, I attach the photos as I still with an allergic reaction to its bites and applying ointments to deal with this, I am fumigating home to try to defenitely get rid of this. Please if you travel and overall if you go with your family never go there do not put their health in risk and go through this horrible nightmare we are going through these days. La habitación era muy pequeña con muebles muy antiguos y rotos, al entrar a la habitación olía muchísimo a humedad al ducharnos entendimos porqué, salía agua por la pared y se llenaba la habitación de agua por todas partes, el baño no tenía puerta era una cortina y al tratarse de un contenedor de transporte de barco reutilizado y ser la habitación de el medio estaba mal insonorizada y se oía todo lo que pasaba en las otras dos habitaciones, el lugar estaba como abandonado y la persona que estaba allí ni siquiera saludaba, para colmo el último día no nos pudimos duchar porque no había agua en todo el establecimiento. Una muy mala experiencia…

It was so damn tiny, cracks everywhere, walls, bathroom, on the floor! It smelled of damp everywhere in the room. We even found a dead rat outside our door of the room. Couldn’t find any other hotel nearby so I thought to give it a try but was disgusted.

Filthiest place, smelly, rats at night. YES, we had a rat eat our food!! Kids were scared to sleep. The sheets dirty with hair and we even found some small insects on them. We had to lay our towels on top .The smell was teribble.We couldn't sleep with windows open because anyone could get in so in that smelly place we had to close the window( was on bottom floor of the building) The dishes left the for us were dusty and rusty! The carpet if you can call it a carpet full of staines. I never thought that I will have such an experience!!! It should be checked before saled!!

The novelty of sleeping in a converted shipping container. I had the best container facing east with the full benefit of the morning 🌞 Good catering facilities in the separate kitchen. A convenient bus service.

No staff on site . This place is out in the suburbs. Even the taxi driver had problems finding it.No information on public transport, I had to find this out by asking local people. A notice board would have been helpful. Just one eating option in the area.

Only good one is the sink of the bathroom.

Firstable we don’t have any contact with the staff, for issues and advices, so we don’t know how to contact them. Now about the apartment: First one: sink tube in the kitchen broke, so we have been obliged to wash dishes and everything in the bathroom. Second: after the first night, we discovered the presence of various insects likes badbug due the dirt and dust. Infact when we arrived, we found a lot of dust and also a dirt moquette. Third: Absence of a closet replaced by a coat rack with 3 hangers (absolutely not sufficient for one person, imagine for 4!) into an a little and empty room. Bathroom: only one positive thing is the sink, the shower was clogged and uncomfortable. In general, the apartment is not suitable for group or families ( max for 2 person in my opinion ), the main door was in part broken and also we can’t close the apartment from the inside. For the staff: you must to work very hard in order to solve this issues. Actually the apartment isn’t ready for hosting service

Place is noisy. You need earplugs to sleep properly. Sheets are not clean and old. Shower doesn't have a handle to hold the shower head. For one two nights it is ok. For more than that, one has to look for a better place. Also expansive.
