המלון אינו מונגש, נדרש להעלות הרבה מדרגות ממגרש החניה, אין מעלית לחדר האוכל, נדרש להשתמש במדרגות, לא מומלץ למתקשים בהליכה.

Excellent place for smokers: you can smoke on balconies, anyway out of the buildings, and also in outside jacuzzi in spa centre. Other guests, even who asked to avoid them from the smokers, are not important for the hotel. The hotel doesn’t care if they harm your health.

Rude staff, rude administration, I’m second time here and asked to avoid me from the neighbours who are smoking on the balconies - the hotel confirmed reservation with this special request and again gave me room with cigarette smoke instead of fresh mountain air. At 22pm they said that they can give me other room, but didn’t offer support with stuff moving, so I was unable to pack and unpack my things after peak hiking. There are were drunk company in common jacuzzi in the spa centre, also smokers, but hotel doesn’t care - there are kids and elder people, but no-one care about guests. The breakfast always cold, coffee machine working incorrect - the worst cappuccino I have ever tried. This horrible service doesn’t cost such a lot of money, unwelcome and harm your health.
