The location is excellent, handy for shops & restaurants. House was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Great bathroom with freestanding bath & good shower.

The bathroom window didn't have a blind. Top floors of buildings opposite could possibly see inside.

the house was beautifully decorated and spotless. extremely comfortable with amazing facilities - everything you could possibly need was provided

lack of parking and the garden was not easily accessible from the house in my view - but these were minor things .

nothing ….well maybe one little thing , the garden could do with a tidy up especially at this time of year

Had a great weekend in broughty Ferry . The flat is close to all bars restaurants. Immaculate and staff available by phone and text if needed. Well worth visiting.

Just think it would be good to have a blind in bathroom although it is upstairs you are still able to see flats. I felt a little exposed

nothing we didn’t enjoy

The ‘apartment’ is accessed by entering a side door and going up some stone stairs. It is very modern with very nice, good quality, fixtures, fittings and furnishings. A cloakroom, a well laid out modern kitchen/dining room and with a table to sit 6 very easily, a dishwasher and fridge freezer, a large lounge with an all channel tv, and 1 of the 3 large bedrooms was on this floor. Upstairs there was a lovely large bathroom with bath and shower and two further large bedrooms. The bed in one of these bedrooms was a large sofa bed. It was as comfortable as the other beds and didn’t cause us any issues. All the bedding and towels are of a very good quality. A washer/dryer is situated in a separate room on this floor. There is also a garden with seating area.

Not a deal breaker … but, there was no microwave. Bring own shampoo, shower gel and the like.
