I love this place it was the 1st time we stayed here and it was amazing and will be back, it was 3 bed room which gave us enough room to not be on top of one another for a group of 7 people . The pool and hottube always clean

Falta mosquitero en la puerta que da de la sala al balcón, no había internet. El primer día que llegamos el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, pasamos la Noche sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo al día siguiente lo solucionaron.

The property was beautiful and very clean and conveniently located.

Everything was wonderful.

Size and location.

The moment we walked in the smell of marijuana was strong in the entry. Then the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We contacted the main Vacasa number listed and advised them of the horrible smell. They advised they Vacas a could put in an order for a maintenance person to come in to the unit. Told them that we would try to get air freshener to try and get the order out. We purchased a can of Febreze Air Purifier and used over half the can in the two night we were there. This would mask the odor for about 20 minutes but the smell kept returning. We also tried using the box fan in the extra bedroom to see if we could get the odor to dissipate but that did not help either. Think that the only solution is to have a company come in and professionally clean the unit The odor was in the sofa, loveseat, and the fabrics on the bed. It smells like someone has been smoking in there for quite a long time - so it may like be in the walls as well. Perhaps a fresh coat of paint would help that as well. Other items to fix in the unit: light in the Master Bathroom is missing a cover over the bulb and the towel bar was missing from the wall in one of the extra bathrooms (but the fixture to adhere it was still on the wall). This could be a safety hazard because it has a sharp edge. The balcony is a wonderful size - but was also unusable due to the smoke smell being strong there as well.

Everything

The furniture needs updating. The air was out when we arrived first night we stayed with no air called several times and Nobody came until the next day. The air was fixed and went out again our last night. Will never book this property again
