Location was fantastic for walking into the centre of Worcester.

The house had no heating the first night and was very cold. After an exchange of email's with Guest homes throughout the next day it transpired that the heating had not been switched on remotely, hence our discomfort. This was finally resolved in time for the second evening. The house was very dirty, in particular the kitchen and all kitchen equipment. Everything needed washing before we could use it. The oven was filthy and the shelves did not fit correctly, kept falling down so only the bottom of the oven was usable. The microwave was either rusty or filthy, we didn't get too close to find out which. The sofa bed had food and crumbs in it, the areas around the door handles were dirty and there were lots of cobwebs around the front door and light fittings. It is not a house for people with poor mobility or visual impairment as there are lots of unusual stairs on the first floor and loose paving slabs in the garden area.

Had everything we needed.

No complaints.

Knives were blunt and kitchen equipment was basic. However the oven worked well . Plenty of glasses , crockery and cutlery. Dining room was well equipped. The house did smell of damp.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Hardly any utensils, only very small pots and pans. How do you fry an egg with no egg lifter? A 3-bedroomed place, but not suitable for more than 2-3 guests!

Great location ideally situated for the town and surrounding areas

3 sisters on trip. Spacious for us and facilities we needed. 3 bedrooms same, so no arguments on room choice.. parking for 3 (+), small garden at back, 2 bathrooms, huge dining space, able to kick back and watch TV in lounge. Warm. Hanging space for clothes. Could all bring our own milk/cereal/hot drink choices. Washing up liquid/hand wash/loo roll to start us off. Coordinating colours.

Lots of air freshners - too much for us. Walk in wardrobe smoky...

Location was great - 10 minute walk into the City. Plenty of parking at the property. Quiet location and a lovely little seating area to the rear. 3 double rooms a good size and generally lots of space.

It is ‘quirky’ - lots of steps up and down to rooms . Stairs also steep and quite creaky. Musty/damp smell downstairs in a couple of the rooms.
