I could not believe that a hotel in Pakistan could match up to international standards. It is a modern design hotel and we loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. Shout out to Miss Amina at reception and bell boy Nasim. Actually all the staff are amazing, courteous and professional. I used the Gym and it's decent. The location of the hotel is prime! Small details were taken care of! Carpet slippers in the room, universal power sockets to accommodate any phone chargers, Central heating and cooling, and so on. Would definitely stay here next time.

They upgraded the room to family suite and we loved it. It was because of non arrangements but they compensated us very well. The floor Manager was very helpful and he offered full support.

Nothing everything was good.

Friendly staff, secure with comfortable rooms. In a nice location. Staff will try to accommodate all requests you may have. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Choice of dining options. Our favourite hotel during our stay in Pakistan

Pool area needs some upgrades, good cleaning and better service overall all etc towels readly available. On the second day of our stay pool was being drained and therefore not available to use.
