we didn’t stay at property, because staff thought we wanted to cancel it (???); so when we arrived room was occuped already. no problem for us, because manager said we can go to the place of his friend/father for same price as apology for missunderstanding. well, $20 dollars more for being nice.

It was a good price.

The bed made a lot of noise whenever you moved. The fridge was loud and woke me up once. There was only one power outlet and everything was plugged into it with the cables just lying on the floor. The bedding was old

This is a two-star facility on the mend. The owner is pleasant and working hard to make this into a nice place. The bungalow was reasonably clean and everything worked. The WiFi was good. Restaraunts and shopping are an easy walk, with a Tim Horten’s and gas right across the street. The value received was commiserate with the price. I would stay here again.

The only real downside is the location. The property sits on a busy street corner with a stop light. Lots of yahoos in Dawson Creek drive loud cars and trucks and the constant roaring away from the light is tedious. It quieted down after 10, with an uptick between 1 & 2 when the bar flies go home.

Huge TV with lots of channels, the size of the room is huge- there are 2 bedrooms in the units. Kitchen equipment, dated but functioning, nice kitchen sink.

The location is horrible- right next to the busy intersection with paper thin walls/ insulation. Expect loud car noises- exhilarating and breaking - all night long. We have not slept at all...Shame the location brings down the aspiration of the place...
