My room rate that booking.com gave me compared to the rate I paid we’re not the same.

No TV , come on. A dispute with the provider, your poor staff having to deal with that. Pay your Bill. Room was dirty, bed was clean everything else was not. Spilled water on the floor went to wipe it up. Omg ! Gross. If we could have left we would have.

Room was super clean, bed was so comfy, and front desk staff were extremely friendly.

Room plan was quite nice had kitchenette and we were able to save money making food in our room. Breakfast was ample with lots of options. Staff went above and beyond to take care of us.

Pool wasn't working but they did make arrangements for us to use pool at neighbor hotel and it worked out because that is also where we had to go to do laundry.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and spacious.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check-in. The toilet was dirty, as was the bed ruffle and one remote.

The best breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and I sat in hotels a lot . The staff was absolutely amazing and kind accommodating. Our bathroom smelled like pee the floor and I asked for them to bring me cleaner , they rewashed the floor . I hate to complain but the pee smell really grossed me out but I was kind about and even offered to wash it myself if they brought me the cleaner . i was up for planning my dads funeral and last minute change of plans left me with no where to hold a dinner for my family so they allowed me to use the breakfast room at no cost , I have to say I was more then impressed with the staff . Very kind and generous . Only thing I missed was the pool and hot tub , but next time it’s fixed I’ll be staying there , because the staff makes you feel at home . Thanks again for everything.

If the pool was working .

Everything was fine. Price way to high for Dawson Creek for what you get. Some other hotels much cheaper and just as good or better. Did like number of electrical outlets.

Terrible smell in sitting room. Spelled like someone peed the hide-a-bed. Meant to tell staff when checked out but was in big rush.

The Breakfast was really good. There was a lot of selection. However, They could have been a little more efficient when it comes to refilling the food bins. I had to leave for work and only ended up getting to eat 4 pieces of bacon because the eggs bin was completely empty.

The Check in process. It seemed a little chaotic and disorganized. The person who checked me in seemed a little disinterested and I literally had to show her my bookings confirmation number to be found in the system. Then when we were checking out my colleague had a horrible experience which made me question my stay as well.
