The room was spacious and the racks were also provided, towels,soaps,drawers and etc... you will feel so comfy and clean i really enjoyed staying there peaceful and clam

Behaviour of the owner, staff was atrocious. They behaved as if they have done a favour on me by giving a room. Service was non existent. I would not recommend anyone going there.

Prostitute place, worth to sleep on the road.. images and the property completely different.. reception staff and housekeeping staff very rude. International traveller not even think about to book this hotel.. for me this is one of my worst stay.. hotel staff behaviours like thug..
Nothing wasted my two days stay as I paid fully.. so I have no option and most of the time we were out because we do not want to go.. it’s an prostitute place

It is in the center
The rooms can be cleaner, the room I was given had old blankets and towels. The reception guy said no room without proper checking and made me wait for 1/2 an hour in the early morning.

WE FOUND A LOT OF MOSQUITOS IN THE ROOMS WHICH WAS GIVEN TO US, and the toilet ventilations were not covered with mosquito nets and they provided an alternative room BUT WE FOUND THE SAME ISSUE THERE ALSO

Reception staffs are not at all friendly. Very arrogant not everyone particularly one person. Not sure of his name. I found him very rude to almost everyday which is not best behavior.

Location was good and prime in the city
The property was under renovation no lift the basic amenities were also not there. The rooms and amenities were not like what it was shown in the photos. Totally it was a gross

overall I like the Hotel, great location and is very quiet all around
I think that the position of the closet was a bit odd, there was very less leg space it was not comfortable, and water will just stuck in the floor rather than going to through the valves and for that to happen i had to use my feet to drawn the water across the water

Good accomodation at reasonable price. 2 queen size beds it was perfect for a family of 4.

The location was walkable to marina beach.
I requested car parking while booking and selected.same. As their car parking (max 4 cars at hotel can be parked) was full they asked me to pay extra 150rs for parking.outside and they parked in their own parking area.nearby and charged extra.
They don't provide complimentary water bottle

Nothing to like about this place.
The reception person and his son were very rude to us. They have threatened us and tried to cancel our booking and threw the money back at us. Please AVOID this place.

The hotel is really nice for the price. it was clean and well secured. I was stayed alone, but there were couple of families stayed in nearby rooms. Cleaning staffs are good. Toilets are clean.
Only negative is the front desk person(age in 50s) not at all welcoming. He is always straight faced and ready to argue for any customer requests. If he chnage his attitude the place will be a pleasent to stay.

It was clean, really clean and quite cheap as well.
No towels, no soap, no wardrobe. The deposit system sucks.
