La posizione peccato che non mi hanno dato l'appartamento che avevo prenotato mi hanno dato uno l'atto strada molto rumoroso
L'aria condizionata condominiale che era impostato su caldo che non si poteva disattivare ,siamo morti di caldo per un appartamento che doveva avere L'aria condizionata, alla mia chiamata che volevo istruzioni mi hanno risposto di aprire le finestre per ariegiare con il passaggio di 20 coriere al ora ,perché per il manutentore era domenica e non lavora ,l'aspirazione del bagno non funzionante con finestra fissa non apribile ,cambrane porta camera da letto che cadevano ad ogni passaggio ne ho da aggiungere ancora ma preferisco dimenticare

Great location in a wonderful neighborhood and easy to get around. Clean, new, well-maintained space. Comfortable space for unpacking suitcases. Great to have a washing machine and needed drying rack and clothes pins. Francesco was terrific in meeting us and getting us acquainted with the place.
A bit bare bones in provided amenities and supplies in the kitchen. Adding a few basic necessities like toilet paper, coffee, salt/pepper, olive oil, would have made the stay more comfortable.

The location is great. Very close to many central attractions and to the train station. Very recommended for families with kids. The rooms are comfy and the whole building is clean and renovated.
The check-in is a little challenging. There's no office in\near the building and they don't leave the keys in some locker. Indeed they asked us when we're supposed to land. But, our flight was delayed and the guy with the keys left the building. Although he was very kind, It tooks us a while to figure out how to contact him and looking at a locked entrance door wasn't a nice way to start the vacation. Beside that- not related to the owners- but, the nereby streets are filthy.

The location of the apartment is great. Whether you opt to walk to the historical sites or take a bus. There is a small supermarket behind the building that will have all you might need. Termini station is also a few bus stops away if you choose to take a train trip somewhere out of rome. Francesco was very helpful and answered our calls and messages promptly.
The apartment didn't have the basics. For a family of 5 we had only 3 sets of towels. One bed did not have linens. There is only one real bed in the apartment in the master suite, the other to 'beds' are couches that convert to beds - not comfy by any means. And the lack of basic stuff: salt, sugar etc. Only a couple of toilet paper rolls were in the bathrooms.

We liked the place at the beginning very much, good location and nice apartment. clean , spacious and modern.
Unfortunately after our grocery shopping tour we realized that the fridge door was broken and the oven. We had to dump all the food we just bought. And since the oven didn’t work either, all the pastries and pizzas were useless. But our biggest issue was the not working AC on our second day. As you know, Rome is suuuper hot during the summer.Unfortunately we didn’t receive very much support from the staff.

The apartment is in a good location, with easy access to the train terminal and several of the tourist sites within walkable distance. The facilities were exactly what we needed. Even though we arrived after check in hours, the management had someone meet us to hand over the key, and she was very pleasant and showed us around the apartment, even gave us pointers on how to get around and places to go. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend it to our families and friends who chose to visit Rome.
Not much, only that the stove stopped working on our last day. Nothing else.

The apartment is amazing. There are not that many modern apartments in this part of Rome, and this is one of the rare ones. All the appliances are amazing. The A/C system is modern and working great. The location is beautiful -- one of the best parts of Rome. (If you are hungry, I really recommend 50 Kalo, their pizza is just fantastic!)
The host (Francesco) was non-responsive and really rude. Whenever we asked for anything, it was a big struggle to even get an answer to our message, let alone get what we wanted. It was also weird not to have some basics in terms of soap or dishwashing detergent -- we had to buy many things ourselves.

Was not so clean, the drain of the shower and washing basin got blocked and no one came for maintenance.
The check out time is strict and none availability of late check out service or keeping the luggages for later pick up.
The hygiene level at the apartment is disappointing.

It’s very clean and nice, with cooking utensils, coffee machine, ironing, washing machine. comfortable for six person.
I wish there’s another toilet and also a dryer. Only washing machine is available, but there’s a hanging rack so its ok. The location is quite far from the main attraction ie Trevi, colosseum etc & in summer it’s quite far to walk, maybe in other season when the weather is cooler its walkable. Termini is 13-15 mins walk, and there’s also Metro and bus available nearby.

It was a clean apartment. The shades allowed to have pitch black rooms and we had great sleep. The location is also great.
There wasn't any toiletry (hand soap, shampoo) nor coffee/ tea nor salt/spices. This is annoying because of the liquid limitation you can't take these back to home, you need to throw them or leave them in the flat.
