very lovely hosts. room was very clean & spacious. we had everything we needed. super comfy beds, slept very well. room was nice & warm for us. hosts helped us with bags & also gave my children snacks & juices for our trip back home which was very kind & thoughtful of them

The guest house is clean and the beds are nice and comfy

unfortunately the host is not so good, i have now stayed there twice. On the first occasion i called the host in the evening around 9pm to advise i was running late to check in. I was told that if i was not there by 10pm the door would be locked. i was accused of lying when arriving for my second stay i was continually questioned about me feedback given for my first stay - very uncomfortable. on thursday i had an email charging me £25 for a small coffee stain on the bed. i spoke to the host who spoke over mem raised his voice and was very rude. NOT A NICE HOST, i will NEVER STAY here again.

Great stay. Highly recommended. Good parking facilities and near to the town. Ayman went over and beyond to meet our request. Home from home.

Our visit was perfect for our purposes. We received a friendly, open welcome from Ayman, who was able to provide all the information we required for our stay. We were very satisfied with our warm comfortable room with large bathroom (en-suite) and very comfortable bed. The general appearance of the property was bright and very well kept. The property is in a perfect location for access to Banbury itself (as it is within walking distance of the town centre) and all routes south. We did not sample breakfast as we were visiting friends in the town but we are sure, from the general standard at Ashley Guest house that breakfast would be of the same standard as the rest of the property - super. Can recommend Ashley for both short and long term stays in this area.

At the time of our stay and on reflection, there is little that can be improved on when compared to similar properties in the area, a few of which we have also stayed in.

Comfortable room and good breakfast, great close walking proximity to town centre.

En suite had no heating so was a little chilly unless door left open into it from the bedroom.

Nice and clean room, well equipped and with comfortable bed. The location is very good and the place is easy to reach. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty, with nice verity of cereals, jams, juices, a very good omelette and even small cakes. Parking is spacious and easy to get in and out and most important helpful and attentive hosts.

It took us a while to understand how the shower works and the pressure was a bit low. We couldn't get the heating on and it got quite cold in the evening but there were additional blankets in the cupboard that served us well.

Greeted very well when I arrived by the owners, very welcoming and informative. I was only there for one night as I was attending a wedding. Very comfortable bed.
