Location very close to Chennai Central metro and train station. Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy check in process. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Complimentary room service and breakfast. Strong air conditioning.

Curtains allowed a lot of light from across the street into the room at night. Walls are quite thin. Can hear noise from the street (although it is in a small alley street, so there isn’t a lot of traffic. just the occasional motorcycle). The worst was hearing noise of families with small crying children across the hall as well as the telephone in the hallway that the hotel staff use to communicate with each other that was really loud.

Very safe. Professional staff, very helpful. They always help out with directions and can talk to the e-hailing driver for you. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is easy to find, there are 2 entrances so you can call the hotel if your driver needs assistance.

Very nice hotel for price. Showers worked well, 24/7 hot and cold water. Very friendly staff. Rooms clean. Soaps, dental kits, water provided. Kettle provided on request. Slight stain on one of the bed sheets but staff happily and quickly changed it. Would happily stay again if back in Chennai for a couple of days.

Good peaceful location. Just walkable distance to Central Metro. Easy access to main city attractions. Well cleaned and Hygienic rooms. All essentials available inside the room. More importantly the staffs were kind hearted and friendly approach. The manager Mr.Malik and my room attender Mr.Pandi are too good. I recommend family to stay in this wonderful Hotel with peace and joy

The hotel's cab service was pathetic. The driver was very rude, rash and dangerous and not at all cooperative. It's very dangerous for families to travel in such cabs run by the hotels.

Nice and clean rooms. Although Hotel is not on main street, it is easily accesible. Very close to Chennai central railway station. Metro station is near. Vegetarian restaurants are near by.

I liked the location. If you want to save on rickshaw or taxi costs, staying here would be of help since it's just a 6-minute walk from the Central Metro and you can take it to bring yourself to and from the airport and other destinations. The staff are very helpful. You can order food and they will buy it for you without extra charges. There's Netflix access and the wifi was strong!

Everything was transparent and facilities are value for the money I paid.

I had a fantastic two day stay in Greens Suite. The assistance provided by the receptionist, Priya and all the staff were extraordinary. All the staff were always available and attentive. I've never been to a budget friendly hotel with a 5 star service like this. I will definitely choose and recommend Greens Suite for everyone visiting Chennai. The room was clean and spacious. Quiet location close to the Central station and many good restaurants, the room was very clean and comfortable, staff always very kind and helpful (especially Abdul who speaks very good english). very recommended 👍👍👍🙂

There is some confusion over check-in and check out times As I checked in after 15.00hrs but they said 12.00hrs is the time to check out, and I have to pay extra for the stay until my flight time Bit flexible may help

Most definitely a superb choice to have selected this hotel from the many seen on this particular bylane. We are thoroughly appreciative to the hotel staff and its housekeeping is very very prompt and met all our needs without any delay. Will recommend stays here with extreme confidence.

Pillows are a bit hard and softer pillows is welcoming to make our sleep easy.
